#weareknapp

We are all different, but what unites us is the passion we have for our work.

The KNAPP engagement committee consists of various sub-committees created by our employees to bolster employee engagement through Wellness, Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B), and Recognition in the workplace. It is essential to our company’s mission and vision, and it provides our employees with the opportunities and open space to express themselves.

Core Values

Courage

“The primary way in which we exhibit Courage is in decision-making. Making the right decision does take a lot of courage. To make decisions, we need to determine who the stakeholders are, we need to align with all the stakeholders, agree on a way forward and make decisions to go. That can take quite a bit of courage.”

– Josef Mentzer, Chief Executive Officer

Appreciation

Appreciation at KNAPP is something very intimate. It’s earned trust leading to more autonomy and responsibility for someone because they do a good job. It’s the ability to honestly address challenges no matter what hierarchical level they come from. It’s small gestures in everyday life like a ‘thank you’ that comes unexpected, that shows that we value the contributions no matter how big or small they are.”

– Clemens Bauer, Chief Financial Officer

Creativity

Creativity is not only about the solutions and products. It’s much more about being creative in creating a great culture and also creating an environment for our employees at KNAPP.”

– Jusuf Buzimkic, Chief Sales Officer

Reliability

“Talking about Reliability, it means for me that we have to create, besides of course the technical reliability of our products and reliability towards our technology, we have to create a trustworthy environment for all of us to be successful.”

– Andreas Salznig, Chief Operations Officer

Openness

“For me, Openness is really a key word here at KNAPP. I have found the entire company to be very flexible and willing to listen to new ideas and perspectives. Overall, I think there is a lot of acceptance here and I’m very grateful to be part of it.”

– Kevin Richardson, Vice President Human Resources
